    Comfort zone – feels safe, warm, nurturing, peaceful, calm, soft, no judgement, completely accepted
    Panic zone – tumultuous, cold, harsh, lonely, terrifying, harsh and moralistic judgement, unacceptable, rejecting
    Strategies – deep mindful breathing, tickle my amygdala, loving kindness thoughts /meditation, step into present.
